For each client project we assign a Senior EMS Business Development Director, focused on the most effective introduction of our client's products and technologies. The Business Development Director interacts closely with the client, through bi-weekly EMS project reports and client sign-offs, to ensure progress, consistency, and added value in each project.

Formerly with Symantec, Central Point Software, and Compuserve Technologies Inc. plus jointly founded UDMS Ltd a UK based distributor for Enterprise class reporting systems for DataWarehousing and manufacturing systems. Extensive knowledge and experience of European hi-tech sales & marketing. Past EMS clients served include: Hewlett Packard, MATRAnet, NetworkTwo, Onlive Technologies, Qualcomm, Visionael Corporation, Splitrock Services, eGain, BizFon, US Department of Commerce, Globalink, Performance Technologies, Verity, Priority Call Management, Hoovers.com, Brightlinks Network, eVentures, Ellacoya Networks, Xyterra, RLX, Etrieve, GlimmerGlass, JamPac plus others. A BSEE graduate of The Ohio State University, he gained early management experience with Procter & Gamble and has held senior sales management positions at the Advanced Products (SPARC) Division of Fujitsu Microelectronics, MIPS Computer Systems, Computer Consoles/ICL and others. Prior to selling the company to a private investment group, he also spent time in the motorsports industry as CEO and co-owner of one of the most successful and well-known racing school organizations with branches in the US, Canada and England. |

Taylor has over 25 years successful experience in sales
of hardware and software in the IT industry. As sales
manager or director Alan has specialised in new business
start-up roles for European and American companies
with responsibility for their international sales operations.
His product portfolio has included real-time visual
simulation, object-oriented CASE tools and databases,
AI & expert systems, mapping and military C4I packages,
computational chemistry and decision support tools.
He has worked internationally in markets such as telecoms,
finance, defence, utilities, the process industry and
transport/logistics. As a founder or director Alan
has also been involved in raising venture capital and

| Robert Streeter has over 20 years experience in the networking and telecoms markets, in pre- and post sales support, product management and marketing, and sales and general management. His main experience is in early-stage business development and sales for US start-up companies entering Europe and targeting primarily the carrier, service provider and major enterprise sectors, both direct and through partners. Past companies include Vericept, West Ridge Networks, TiMetra, Équipe Communications, Hifn, IronBridge Networks, Celotek, Net2Net and ACC (Advanced Computer Communications); prior to working with start-ups, Robert started and headed up the Internetworking Product Line at BT. Robert is a Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), and now focuses on information and network security vendors.

| Bryan Shutes has over 25 years of experience in the IT and Telecoms sales and management across Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA), with particular reference to Eastern Europe. Bryan has specialized in market development of High Performance and Parallel Computing, Fixed and Mobile Infrastructure, Messaging Solutions and Location Based Services, SCARDA/HMI and Data Acquisition Solutions. He has had successful projects with companies such as Logica CMG, Marconi Communications, ICE, Parsys, MassComp, MasPar and Concurrent Computer Corporation, Perkin Elmer Instruments. Bryan’s expertise encompasses developing and carrying out start up business plans and building fledgling businesses in EMEA. He is a director of a number of companies in the high tech markets in Africa. Bryan is also a member of the Institute of Directors in the UK and the Institute of Electrical and Electronic Engineers in the USA. |

| Paul has over 22 years in IT sales and marketing in the commercial arena with prior public sector experience in systems analysis, programming and procurement. Paul spent 7 years at Hewlett Packard and 10 years at Oracle in a wide variety of sales and sales management roles at both UK and EMEA levels, and is one of the few people to have won Presidents club in both companies. After leaving Oracle, he was UK General Manager for an e-procurement start-up and then Sales and Marketing Director for a Human Performance solution provider. Paul built partner networks across EMEA as well as target account, win back and major account sales in both the SME and global organisations.
Paul’s strength is selling business solutions, particularly novel solutions, and creating sales strategies for new endeavours either as new divisions of major corporations or for start-ups. Key clients include amongst others MBNA, Rolls Royce, Tesco, JCB, Northern Foods and the public sector. |
